Liturgy of the Word with Children (LWC) is available from September through to June at the 9:00 & 11:00 a.m. Sunday Masses.
Children should be seated for Mass with their families. After the Introductory Rites children, ages 3 - 7 years (those who have not yet received their First Holy Communion); wishing to participate will be invited to join the LWC Leaders at the altar and proceed to the Parish Hall.
A Liturgy celebration is shared with the children presenting and reflecting on the Word of God at the children’s level. We engage the children with discussion, prayers, & song.
Children will return to their families at Mass after the Prayer of the Faithful to celebrate the Liturgy of the Eucharist with the community.
